The pillar of any good diet is a solid breakfast.
But the trip to school in the morning can be so rushed and chaotic, it is easy to forget to grab a snack.
This week students who did not eat breakfast before arriving on campus got a little help from the Activity and Program Council (APC) with breakfast on the university’s dime.
